Because she negotiated such a great deal for us the value of our home increased almost immediately. We made about $40,000 in renovations and had our home re-appraised. It appraised for $75,000 more than it had just 3 months earlier when we bought it. So, because of Brenda’s vision and negotiation skills in 3 short months our home was worth $35,000 more than what we paid including the renovations.
